INTRODUCTION We portray and discuss a case of lateral sinus thrombosis following acute otitis media and mastoiditis. CLINICAL PICTURE The patient presented with otorrhoea, otalgia, neck pain, fever and chills. TREATMENT Cortical mastoidectomy was performed. Intravenous antibiotics and heparin were administered.
